‍At Trofi® utilization of natural resources has been a core approach to product development over decades. We source raw material from sustainable fish stocks that live in cold and clean sea water along the Norwegian coast.

Our main ingredients are derived from by-products from herring processing. All formulations are based on natural and fresh ingredients without any artificial additives or use of chemicals in production.

We offer efficient starter feed with documented good nutritional composition that ensures correct and healthy development of fish in the larvae and juvenile phase.

All Trofi® products are easily incorporated into existing feeding protocols at salt- and freshwater hatcheries.

Co-feeding, enriched rotifers
and artemia

To support transition from live feed to dry diets, Trofi® recommend to introduce AgloNorse® Wean already in the rotifer phase when feeding with enriched rotifers and artemia. The Wean-formulation is low on starch and highly palatable. A balanced portion of Phospholipids and oil ensures incorporation of Omega-3 fatty acids in growing larvae.

AgloNorse® Extra is an agglomerated diet for larvae that can significantly reduce the use of live feed. The product contains an effective portion of marine Phospholipids to increase absorption of DHA and EPA. Trofi® recommend to start weaning already in the rotifer phase and before introducing unenriched artemia nauplii.
